My intention with systemic and organizational consulting is to help remove jadedness from the workplace. I am working with leadership and teams to revise and improve operating systems, while promoting and cultivating a love ethic. The advancement of collective consciousness is the goal, as it is with strong belief that love is the only cure to dis-ease among community. Thus, there will be reduction of compassion-fatigue and burnout, prompting the evocation of resilience.
