“This work is my passion! I especially enjoy working with families and couples because we thrive off of belonging. I believe that ultimate healing comes from working together to create a safer space outside of the walls of therapy through the journey of therapy. There is beauty in recognizing that our values are formed on the basis of how we were raised as children; in addition to, how our unresolved issues typically show up in our relationships on an everyday basis. Therapy helps bring awareness to those topics for individuals, couples, and families which can allow them to bridge those gaps, or even create healthy spaces as needed. As a minority, I have taken time to learn who I am and align my values. In turn, it set the stage for how I have chosen to impact the world. I’m not only a therapist, but also an advocate for all communities and cultures and those that choose to share their journey with me. I recognize that I am a healer and a light worker with the purpose of helping others reach their highest self by developing a deeper relationship with themselves first. I understand that my deep understanding of diverse cultures can be comforting. With that, I intend to ultimately be therapeutically present for all, but especially underserved and marginalized communities where these services are not typically accessible.”
